Well we are back from the OKC Festival of the Arts. A week long art fair and boy it was a week for sure. We were blessed with really good weather, a little windy but no rain at all during the festival hours. Met A LOT of people and talked A LOT about my work. Probably answered the same few questions 500+ times but it was still a lot of fun. My wonderful wife was a real trooper even suffering with allergies, heat rash and a sunburn she was there by my side everyday all day and talking as much as me to visitors to the booth. Im blessed to have such a wonderful woman by my side supporting me in my pursuit of my artwork.
Additionally we met some new great artists friends. One of our neighbors was Armando Adrian-Lopez a really great artist and wonderful man and his partner Scott. We can't wait to meet up with them again. There was also Gary & Deborah Brawley & Micheal Bond. Additionally our good friends Peggy & Bob Aebi and Andrew Batcheller were there as well. Towards the end of the show we were able to trade with two other artists, John Hernandez & Teresa Merriman they loved my work and we loved theirs.
